Photographers Information

Due to the LARGE number of applications we receive for Media Accreditation Media and Photographers will be by invitation only.

Selected Photographers and Media organisations will be sent their invitations by Mid December 2016.

If you receive and invitation and plan to attend please download, complete and return the Registration & Indemnity Form (click here to download MISSING FILE!!!!) to the address below by the 6th of February 2017.

Photographers will not be permitted between the orange mesh and safety Barriers without identification & formal approval from the organising committee.

Photographers MUST provide and wear their own Safety Vest while working on site. Photographers will not be able to bring their vehicles into the Event Photographers will be required Pay to the Spectator Entry Fee to come in to Motorfest unless special arrangements have been made with the organisers prior to the day of the event.

Only a limited number of photographers will be given access to the Trackside to photograph Motorfest (for safety and space reasons).

Approved Photographers should:

  1. Enter at Gate 4.
  2. Go to Show’n Shine Registration Table.
  3. Collect Your Media Wristband.
  4. You will directed to your Car Parking Area.
